They have to accept before anything moves: a story carries a
storage bill and responsibility for its content, so it cannot be handed over
without agreement. Once accepted, the story and all its files move to their
account and count against their plan. Everyone you have shared it with
keeps their access, and you stay on as a co-GM so you do not
lose the campaign. They need a Dexes account already; nothing is emailed.
